So funktioniert unser AutoLoad-Verfahren - die einfachste und schnellste Kartenaufladung in den Mensen & Cafeterien:
- für das AutoLoad-Verfahren musst du dich einmalig auf dem AutoLoad-Portal registrieren.
- bei der Registrierung legst du den Mindestbetrag und den Aufwertbetrag fest. Nach der Registrierung bietet dir das Kassensystem, bzw. die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an den Kassen, bei Unterschreitung des Mindestbetrags das sofortige Aufwerten per Lastschrift an
- dein SEPA-Lastschriftmandat kannst du auf dem AutoLoad-Portal jederzeit widerrufen.
- bei Verlust der Chipkarte muss die Karte gesperrt werden. Du erreichst die Notfall- und Störmeldezentrale der Universität Göttingen rund um die Uhr unter Tel. 0551/39-1171

This is how our AutoLoad procedure works - the simplest and fastest card top-up in the canteens and cafeterias:
- for the AutoLoad procedure, you have to register once on the AutoLoad portal.
- when registering, you set the minimum amount and the top-up amount. After registration, the POS system, or the staff at the cash registers, will offer you immediate top-up by direct debit if the minimum amount is not reached
- You can revoke your SEPA direct debit mandate at any time on the AutoLoad portal.
- if the chip card is lost, the card must be blocked. You can reach the Emergency and Fault Reporting Centre of the University of Göttingen around the clock by calling 0551/39-1171
