Determination of damage upon moving in

When you move out, an employee of the Studierendenwerk will check the inventory of the living space you had rented.

In your own interest, we ask you to check the inventory and the rented room for damage or defects and cleaned condition when you move in. This is in order to avoid discrepancies when calculating any damage when you move out.

A notification of damage assessment upon moving in must be sent within two days at the latest.
