Use card charger properly

Here, the individual steps of the charging and debiting of the student, employee or university card are explained:

Operating steps when charging with the EC card

1. Place a student card, employee ID card or university card on the card reader
2. Display of the card balance in the display
3. Insert the EC-Card into the slot of the card reader
4. Enter the amount to be uploaded on the display
5. Display of the old credit, the loading amount and the new credit in the display
6. Removal of the EC card from the card reader's slot and student ID card, employee card or university card from the card reader  

Operating steps for debiting

1. Place a student, employee or university card on the card reader
2. Display of the card balance and the validity in the customer display of the cash register
3. Debiting of the payment amount by the cash register
4. Display of the old card balance, the payment amount and the new credit in the customer display of the cash register
5. Remove the card from the card reader

Recoding to consumer group guest

1. Place a student, employee or university card on the card reader
2. Display of the message "Your validity has expired" or "Card without validity" in the display
3. Confirmation of the recoding to the consumer group "guest" (go to step 4) or cancel the recoding (go to step 6)
4. Display of the old credit, the loading amount and the new credit in the display
5. Remove the card from the card reader
