The Lutterterrasse is located directly on the north campus in the immediate vicinity of the North Mensa and the faculties of natural sciences and mathematics with a view of the countryside. The dormitory has a total of 264 individual apartments, the first occupancy was on 01.02.2020.

The special feature of this four-storey building with elevator system is the modern, ecological modular wooden construction. Each apartment was delivered as a separate module and placed on top of each other.

Shopping facilities and shops for daily needs are nearby. The bus stop "Universitätsklinikum (UMG)" with a very good connection to the public transport in the direction of the main station and the city centre is within walking distance.

On the ground floor there are four handicapped accessible and barrier-free apartments.
