Dormitory Rosenbachweg 2-12, Studentensiedlung
Centrally located between the city centre, Nord-Uni, near the sports centre and the hospital is the residential complex of the Studentensiedlung. The dormitory offers a particularly communicative living concept: first semester students meet here experienced students of all faculties. The Studentensiedlung consists of three four-storey buildings. In 2012, the building complexes were renovated. House 10/12 offers unfurnished single and double apartments with shower, WC and modern shared kitchens as well as two shared flats for 2 people. In house 2/4 and 6/8, apart from unfurnished single apartments with kitchenette, shower and WC, furnished single rooms are available, which are preferably given to Erasmus students.

The Rosenbachweg 2, 4, 6 and 8 have 144 single apartments with shower, toilet and kitchenette. 72 rooms are mostly rented to Erasmus students. The houses have common areas, among other lounges with large kitchenettes, music room, billiard room and gym to promote the meeting and exchange of different residents. |
