There are various reasons to go to the psychosocial counselling centre. We counsellors of the PSC offer students and staff support in coping with current problem situations. Together with you we try to find out reasons for personal or study-related difficulties and develop possible solutions and security for upcoming changes.
In the case of study-related problems, we give suggestions on how to structurally organise workload, how to effectively learn and how to overcome test anxiety. In our courses, we offer you strategies for systematic exam preparation and stress management.
To adequately cope with the various issues that people come to us with, we offer different types of counselling.
Of course, the talks in the PSC are subject to confidentiality. Counselling is free of charge.
